Setting up Onform
Watch the video provided by Onform to get started by downloading the app and setting up your account. This video explains how you can set up your account on an iPhone of Android device.
Once you have set up your account you can access the tools required to perform asymmetry analysis whilst teaching your clients.
Preparing to use Onform
Once you have an account it is important to keep your files organised for ease of use. This video shows you how to use TAGs and titles to label the videos in your account. The angle tracking tool
Using the angle measuring tool in the Onform app to mark key points on your riders that will enable accurate asymmetry identification and support your riders to have symmetrical posture.
Making comparisons in Onform
Once you have mastered the art of using the angle tracking tool in Onform you can use the comparison tool to show your riders how asymmetry has improved over time and in different gaits.

Skeleton tracking
Select the yellow skeleton tracking tool to add markers to your riders.
Click on the angle measuring tool in the side bar and select the angle icon to enable you to indicate the markers you wish to track.
Select the markers you wish to track, to track, do this three times in each pace as per the pocket guide for accurate data. Use the comparison tool to compare asymmetry across different gaits.
